As Senior Vice President of Americas Sales at Aruba, Lou Serlenga is responsible for Aruba’s Americas sales strategy. He brings more than 20 years of sales management experience to the role, having worked for worked for both large and small companies in the telecom, cable, and security space.
Lou joined Aruba from Tenable Network Security, where he quickly grew and managed Americas Sales. Lou first joined Aruba Networks in 2006, guiding the company through its IPO and rapid market growth. He has held leadership roles at AT&T, Cabletron, and Internet Security Systems.
