Customer First, Customer Last-Customer Recognition

Share Post

“Customer First, Customer Last” has been the Aruba operating philosophy since our founding in 2002, and a mantra our customers have come to know and trust. We believe in relationships over transactions, where everything we do starts and ends with our customers. Almost every day, we hear stories describing how customers have taken advantage of Aruba’s edge network platform to bridge the physical and digital worlds, in order to create amazing experiences for their users and customers, while delivering amazing simplicity for IT teams.

Our customer-centric approach is a key contributor to Aruba’s loyal customer base and continued market growth, which has outpaced the industry for the past several years. We believe it also is a critical ingredient for our position as a Leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for the Wired and Wireless LAN Access Infrastructure for the 13th consecutive year, as well as being positioned foremost for Completeness of Vision for the second year. HPE (Aruba) also received the highest score in five of six Gartner Critical Capabilities use cases, a companion report to the latest Magic Quadrant.

Today, Gartner announced that Aruba has been recognized as a 2018 Gartner Peer Insights Customers’ Choice for Wired and Wireless LAN Infrastructure solutions. We again believe that this is the result of our customers submitting stories about their experiences using our products and services as part of the Gartner Peer Insights program, the industry’s most prestigious and credible enterprise IT peer-review platform. For this, we offer our sincere thanks and gratitude to our participating customers.

In the announcement, Gartner explains, “The Gartner Peer Insights Customers’ Choice is a recognition of vendors in this market by verified end-user professionals, taking into account both the number of reviews and the overall user ratings.” To ensure fair evaluation, Gartner maintains rigorous criteria for recognizing vendors with a high customer satisfaction rate.

We encourage you to share your Aruba experiences via the Gartner Peer Insights program. Click here to submit your review today.

Lastly, we look forward to seeing you at our upcoming Aruba Atmosphere customer conferences, with the first taking place March 31 - April 5 in Las Vegas, so you too can experience what Aruba has to offer.
