Jamie: What motivates you to go above and beyond to support fellow Airheads?
Fabian: When I share my knowledge with other fellow community members, it helps deepen my own knowledge and engrains what I already know.
Jamie: What advice would you offer to someone who is just starting out in networking?
Fabian: Take risks, read everything, and build your personal network. Remember that sometimes you have to fail to succeed.
