Ted Koubiar is the Senior Director of Operations and Network Services for California State University, Sacramento.
Also known as Sacramento State, the university is among the most diverse in the Western U.S., and serves over 31,000 students, with a total faculty of 1,700, and 1,200 staff on its 300-acre campus.
As a member of the executive team for the Division of Information Resources & Technology, Koubiar and the Networking Team have worked cross-divisionally to develop and launch a wide range of innovative networking initiatives, including a rolling implementation of Wi-Fi 6, as well as creative solutions such as “drive-in Wi-Fi” during the COVID-19 pandemic.
