Steve Wood is the Vice President of Asia Pacific at Aruba, a Hewlett Packard Enterprise company. In his role, Mr. Wood oversees Asia Pacific region and is the Chairman of Aruba Networks Advisory Board (ANZ). Before joining Aruba in 2015, Mr. Wood was Chief Executive Officer of Tennis Australia after serving as President of Australia and New Zealand Nortel Networks. Earlier in his career, Mr. Wood held leadership positions at Alteon Websystems (acquired by Nortel Networks), Nortel Networks and Bay Networks (acquired by Nortel Networks). He also served at SynOptics Communications and MPA International. He holds a degree in Business Marketing and Management from Louisiana State University. Mr. Wood currently serves as the Chairman of the Board for Melbourne Networked Society Institute, Australia's premier research institute in broadband technologie, and is the Director and Co-Founder of New Wave Ventures, an angel investor in multiple technology startups.
