Dolan Sullivan

Dolan Sullivan is the Vice President and General Manager of Federal for Aruba, a Hewlett Packard Enterprise company. In his current role Dolan oversees the HPE Networking and Aruba Networks businesses, including Field Sales and Engineering, Channels and Field Marketing. Dolan joined Aruba in October 2013 as the Director of DoD for Aruba Federal.

Prior to joining Aruba, Dolan worked at Cisco Systems Federal for 19 years. He held numerous sales and sales leadership roles during his tenure at Cisco, to include his last role as Regional Manager of the Navy Marine Corps which he held for 10 years. Prior to Cisco, Dolan was a District Manager with AT&T Federal Computer Systems leading a team of account managers and engineers selling to the Navy and Marine Corps. Prior to his role as District Manager, Dolan was Senior Account Manager for AT&T Federal Systems selling into DoD accounts. Dolan earned his B.B.A. from James Madison University double majoring in Management Information Systems and Economics.

He is an active member of the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA). He was a member of the board from 2009-2014 for the Father McKenna Center, a Catholic social service agency serving men struggling with homelessness and very low income families. The Center is affiliated with Gonzaga College High School in Washington, DC.
